May, its been awesome or shall I say aMAYzing (thanks Nic for the accurate description).
May has been a month of blossoms, chocolate cakes and new friends. It has been filled with sunshine and rain too. It has been a month of firsts for Jack. First time in the door bouncer, sitting and in the big bath. First time in a LONG time of sleeping through the night. There has been lots of baking, seeing friends and enjoying long weekends with Mani. We have harvested fresh salad from our veggie patch and watched it grow too. We have welcomed the hedgehog back, seen lots of birds and we have been filled with emotions about missing family and home. But there have been MANY facetime calls to make up for that too. We remembered a little girl who had a big heart and courage. We have had weekends of watching nothing but Dexter and we have made goals to capture the everyday and take more photos with me in them!
Excited for June, its going to be a happy one.
