You used to be able to import your blog ino Facebook, which would then allow your posts to automatically update on your page, however Facebook have since stopped doing this. The easiest way in my opinion, to do this is via Twitterfeed (not affiliated with Twitter). All you need to do is sign up to Twitterfeed and you can automatically have your posts updated to Twitter, RSS and Facebook.
