All settled in...

I haven't posted in a month! I can't believe how fast the past few weeks have gone.
It's been manic at both work and home but we are moved in and loving the new house. We also have a new addition to the Choudhry family - Tom. He is the cutest little character and him and Lucy play and run rampant throughout their new home! Lucy is really keen to go outside so I let her out every evening and most of the day on the weekends (if we are home).
We have accomplished A LOT in 4 weeks, painting, bought a dining room table, painted and organised the built-in-cupboards, bought and fitted the bi-fold door in the cloakroom, put up pictures, got telephone and internet sorted, done some gardening, emptied the loft of all the rubbish that was left in it, sanded the outdoor table and the list goes on. It sometimes feels like we go to work for a break. hehe.
In a few weeks we will be getting gas and central heating installed along with gutting and re-doing the bathroom and installing a new toilet and little basin in the downstairs cloakroom. SO EXCITED!
Anyways, just a short catch-up. Now that we have internet at home I will be posting more often with our DIY jobs, painting and decorating inspiration and of course piccies of Lucy and Tom!
